Total delivery time includes two separate stages: production and transit. An estimate displayed on the product page, at checkout or in the confirmation depends on the item, destination, season and production center.
We do not publish one numerical estimate when it cannot be verified. For EU-protected orders with no other agreed deadline, delivery must occur without undue delay and no later than 30 days.
Items from the same order may be produced and shipped separately. Tracking is sent when provided by the carrier.
Customers must review the delivery address before payment and contact us immediately if an error is found. An address change cannot be guaranteed after production or carrier handoff.
For U.S. orders, we ship within the promised time or, if no shipping time is stated, within 30 days. If that becomes impossible, we notify the customer and provide the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Non-EU deliveries, including Switzerland, may incur customs duties, import taxes or handling charges payable by the recipient unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
