Uploaded photos and files are used to create, quality-check and support personalized orders. They are not intended for publication or advertising without separate permission. Customers must be authorized to use third-party images they submit.

Participant emails entered by an organizer are used to deliver the requested draw access and are not automatically enrolled in marketing.

Necessary providers may include Shopify, payment providers, POD manufacturers, carriers, email, security, hosting, analytics and customer-support services. Information is retained for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security or claims.
