These terms apply to physical products ordered from Secret Santa Gifts. Before payment, customers must review the product description, variants, delivery address, total price and store policies.
Product pages describe the main features. Images present the item, and minor screen or printing variations may occur, without allowing a materially different, incorrect or nonconforming product to be supplied.
The applicable price, shipping charges and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment. An order is recorded after payment approval and may be canceled for payment failure, suspected fraud, actual unavailability or technical impossibility. Any captured amount for a store-canceled order is refunded.
By uploading a photo, text or design, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use it and permits its use to produce, quality-check and support the order. Customers must review any preview made available.
Production may begin quickly. Changes and cancellations must be requested immediately and cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing begins.
The store remains responsible to the customer. French and EU legal guarantees, including the two-year conformity guarantee, apply when the relevant law protects the sale.
EU consumers have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from a non-personalized purchase. The exception applies only to items made to their specifications or clearly personalized. Standard POD is not excluded solely because it is made after ordering.
